Great question. We recognize that these are sensitive questions, but there are real reasons for asking them that relate to big questions in our industry. We ask these questions because they provide answers to some big questions within the advisor industry.

For example, what impact do dependents have on advisor well-being, life-work balance, or time management? What trends can we see over time for women and minorities in the industry? What impacts income in different slices of the industry? Kitces Research does not share this data with anyone, ever. Your data is safe.

We appreciate the time, honesty and vulnerability required to answer these questions, and we do not take your trust in us with that data lightly.
