1. How do I update billing information?
To update your billing details please follow the steps below:

To update your email:
1. Log in to your Kitces.com account.
2. Go to “My Account”
3. Select “Profile Settings”
4. Enter your new email and click “Submit”
Note: The request will be submitted and processed within 48 hours.
3. I have two accounts. Can they be merged?
If you accidentally created multiple accounts:
Contact members@kitces.com with the email addresses used.
Our team will help you merge the accounts and ensure your CE history and billing info are preserved.

You can cancel your membership at any time by sending your request to members@kitces.com.
6. Live Event Link Needed
The access link for live webinars is sent from BigMarker after registration. If you haven’t received it:
Check your spam/junk folder.
Verify that your email address is correct in your member profile.
Contact members@kitces.com for assistance.
7. Where is the CE quiz located?
8. How to earn CE for recorded webinars?
Please note: Simply watching a webinar does not grant CE credit. You must complete and pass the associated quiz with a score of at least 70% in order for CE to be granted and reported.
9. When is my CE reported?
CE credits are reported to CFP Board and other applicable designations each Wednesday. Please ensure your professional information is up to date in your member profile to avoid delays. All CE must be completed by 11:59PM ET
Please Note: The IAR add-on is required with the Premier membership to ensure reporting to FINRA.
10. I didn’t receive my CE Certificate for the webinar.
Certificates are generated automatically after the live event. If you didn’t receive it:
Check your email spam/junk folder.
Log into your account and navigate to My Account> CE Reports and Certificates
If it's still missing, contact membersupport@kitces.com.

12. I’m registered for an event, can I see this on my account?
Yes. To view your registrations for upcoming events:
1. Login to your Kitces account
2. Select Virtual Events> Upcoming Events
If you don’t see the green ‘Registered’ next to the event, please reach out to members@kitces.com.
13. I’m receiving too many emails, how can I adjust?
If you are receiving too many emails or emails that do not interest you, please send an email to members@kitces.com.
