CE quizzes are limited to two (2) attempts per course.
When Resets ARE Allowed
Quiz attempts may be reset only if a verified technical issue prevented proper completion of the quiz, including:
- Quiz page failing to load
- Answers not saving
- Submission errors
- Platform or system malfunction
When Resets Are NOT Allowed
Quiz resets are not granted for:
- Running out of time
- Misreading or misunderstanding questions
- Insufficient preparation
- Wanting an additional attempt
- General dissatisfaction with results
For CE compliance reasons, Kitces limits quizzes to two attempts to ensure learning standards are met. We’re unable to reset quiz attempts unless there was a verified technical issue (such as the quiz not loading or answers not saving).
