CE Quiz Attempts

CE Quiz Attempts

CE quizzes are limited to two (2) attempts per course.

When Resets ARE Allowed
Quiz attempts may be reset only if a verified technical issue prevented proper completion of the quiz, including:
  • Quiz page failing to load
  • Answers not saving
  • Submission errors
  • Platform or system malfunction
When Resets Are NOT Allowed
Quiz resets are not granted for:
  • Running out of time
  • Misreading or misunderstanding questions
  • Insufficient preparation
  • Wanting an additional attempt
  • General dissatisfaction with results

For CE compliance reasons, Kitces limits quizzes to two attempts to ensure learning standards are met. We’re unable to reset quiz attempts unless there was a verified technical issue (such as the quiz not loading or answers not saving). If you experienced a technical problem, please let us know what happened and we’ll be happy to review it
